I am an experienced and results-driven leader who has renewed strategies, led major transformations, and developed organizations across various industries — both in Finland and internationally. I quickly identify new opportunities and turn them into results with determination and clarity.

I have over 20 years of experience in leadership, strategy work, and management consulting. I’ve served as CEO of two very different organizations and successfully led large-scale change processes, particularly in the finance and ICT sectors.

My strengths include broad business insight, a strong solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to apply my expertise across diverse environments. I bring fresh perspectives, connect strategy with execution — and engage people in meaningful change.

I’ve also deepened my expertise through the Technology Leadership Program by MIT Professional Education, where we focused on the strategic use of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence. The program provided tools to identify business opportunities through technology, design and lead innovation, and manage the impact of technology on both organizations and people.
